This Excel document is the complete source of the performance framework in the revised and extended National Strategic Plan for HIV and AIDS 2023-2027. It includes additional columns that are not shown in the main NSP document with all numerators, denominators for targets and achievement, and rationale for target setting. Performance framework revisions were based on observations and recommendations from the mid-term review (MTR) of the original 2020-2025. The MTR was carried out February and March 2023 by an independent team of local and international consultants. The performance framework was also aligned with the indicators and targets in Malawi’s Global Fund Grant Cycle 7 application, which will cover 2024-2027.
